They were professional, courteous and respectful throughout the whole day they were here. The guys tolerated my regular intrusions into what they were doing and at the end of the day when they knew we had an appointment to get to they did all that was needed to make sure we got away pretty much on time. When we pulled away our driveway was awash with the remnants of their work but when we came home it was impossible to tell they had been there at all other than the great new and quiet furnace and air conditioner. Great experience thanks to the way they handled the job.
